- 750ml Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka
- 1 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Orange Liqueur
- 6 bags of Tazo Orange Tea
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 6 Lemons Zested
- Thumb size piece of ginger
- Sparkling Wine
Add 3 cups of sugar to the zest of 6 lemons and fresh ginger that has been chopped. Muddle mixture.
To 3 cups of boiling water add 6 tazo wild sweet orange teabags (orange pekoe will work also).
Let tea steep for 10 min, remove and discard bags, then add to the sugar mixture while still warm and stir to dissolve sugar. Place in fridge to chill for at least an hour or overnight. Remove ginger and lemon peels from the liquid and place liquid in the punch bowl.
Add to punch base
1 cup of lemon juice
2 cups Cointreau (orange liqueur will work also)
1 bottle Boyd and Blair Potato Vodka
1 liter of Ginger Ale or sparkling wine for extra kick
orange slices for ganish
