Pride of Latrobe

Add mint and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle gently. Add vodka and lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with tea. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wedge.


  • 1.5 oz Boyd and Blair Potato Vodka
  • .75 oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Strong brewed black tea, to top.
