H. H. Park Swizzle

Harrison Hills Park Swizzle created by Cat Cannon of Smallman Galley.

In glass, muddle mint and Demerara syrup. Add pineapple syrup and Stonewall Rum, then crushed ice.Top with Birch Beer, Ramazzotti, bitters. Swizzle.

Ingredients

  • 3 leaves of mint
  • .25 oz demerara sugar syrup
  • 1 oz pineapple syrup
  • 1.5 oz Stonewall Rum
  • .25 oz Ramazotti
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Natrona Bottling Birch Beer
